We will start with a taster session to understand where you are now and what you would like to achieve. I will explain how the mind works, how the conscious and subconscious minds work together, and how things that get ‘stuck’ in our subconscious mind can have a significant effect on our adult life.

Early in the course of treatment I will use hypnoanalysis techniques, which will allow your subconscious mind to identify events in your life that have contributed to your problem in some way.

I will explain hypnosis and how hypnosis works to allow you to access your subconscious mind. I will explain how positive changes can occur in your subconscious mind to enable you to live the life you want to live. Every consultation will include a hypnosis session specifically tailored to your needs.

Once your subconscious mind has indicated there is nothing to hold you back, I will use suggestion therapy to engage your mind in a positive way and banish those fears and phobias. This will completely transform the way you approach your everyday life.
