I will have briefly explained at the Complimentary Session, how the conscious and subconscious mind work and how beliefs and old memories are embedded in our subconscious mind, this can have a significant effect on our outlook and self beliefs. Hypnosis enables you to access your subconscious mind allowing positive and creative changes to take place. The ‘Overcome Exam Stress’ package will start with a consultation to ascertain where your child is now and what they would like to achieve.
Initially I will be using Psychotherapy techniques to identify events in your child’s life that have contributed to the problem in some way. Having identified the events we will then allow their subconscious mind to show them anything they need to in order to overcome the blocks.
Hypnosis is a very calm and simple way to help children and teenagers to get back on track and to help them feel in control and on top of things. Hypnotherapy will give them the tools to help them cope with everyday life situations, memory recall and confidence, affording them valuable coping strategies which they can rely on later in life.
